I just started bulking and fuck instead of gaining muscles I'm gaining belly and chest fat wtf

bulking is cope. its been vaulted. go on a slight 300kcal deficit and train hard and consistently. focus on protein.
you'll gain muscle 100% and get rid of the skinny fat curse. bulking is not the way trust me

But irl it's very hard to track calories man
 
I just did my cut I lost fat but now I look skinny and also my strength decreased
you'll be fine just training don't increase the cals trust me

Not even massive cutting as natty makes u lean but when I wear tshirt it looks like I don't train at all

but the reason your muscles dont look visible in shirts is because you dont lift heavy enough.

Lifting heavy is the first rule.

this is exactly the problem. you wont be making anywhere near the progress you can make if you dont precisely track what you're taking in.
get a measuring scale and pretty much all food has its macros on the internet anyways assuming its not on its pack. do it man
 
Just eat when youre hungry no need to eat 4k calories dor no reason like a retard

You have low test high estrogen.
Change your diet start eating raw organs and do weight lifting
