No more sodium bloat

I have been ordering foods and seasoning my steak very salty yet my face has been leaner than ever. The only thing I have changed in my routine is sleeping on my belly with my head turning side way.

Conversely my face is bloated when sleeping on my back it has to fo with blood circulation.

My face was bloated when I used to eat a diet lower in salt and sugar and it's gotten better by adding in more salt and sugar

I am at my best in the moderate sodium consumption too high or too low messed up the equilibrium. However, procssed carbs like pastry 100% bloat me.
