My advice is to not bulk more than 5-7kg, You really do not need more + Possibility of new fatcells getting created is big and yeah you can't Make them dissapear only shrink.

Asians stop growing earlier even when controlling for puberty onset although they do hit puberty slightly earlier. Modern day asians only grow like an inch or less after 15. Whitws grow like 2 inches maybe even 3

I know a dutch-korean hapa (literally the best asian-white mix for height genetics) and hes 6’4. Dutch genetics cancels out asian genetics although koreans arent that short anymore. Too bad im a japanese (samurai manlets)-anglo (hobbits) manlet
