Why dont i get morningwood? only if i need to pee🤔
 
Low testosterone

Supplement vitamin D 5000iu daily
zinc 10mg
Sleep 9 hours, go to sleep around 10-12
Eat good food not goyslop
Jerk off max 2x a week
Lift 4x a week cardio 3x

Month and a half later that shit should be pitched everyday

check all hormones and cortisol too and vitamin d

Yes could be im growing muscles pretty slowly i worked out for 2 years and looked like i never touched a dumbell so i stopped working out
maybe an intensity issue? working out without going to failure etc is basically nothing

So last 2 yrs i went to school i needed to wake up at 6:30 to 7 so i went to sleep at 9. Always

Now i gonto work go to sleep at 8 and need to wake up at 4:40 to 5 now im trying keto diet and before i just tracjed protein and bulked i tried to avoid soy as much as i could

Keto diet is not good for testosterone, make sure you get enough fats and oils.
 
I have morning wood much less when cutting or when I’m stressed out and getting less sleep/worse quality sleep.

Always done this except im supplementing zinc and vit d for about a month now and I never got consistent morning woods, for some it just depends ig

no you have to be specific with these average iq doctors

full panel blood test

cortisol test
testosterone test
estrogen test
thyroid test

tell him if he can think of more test that too

they’re gonna collect urine too for cortisol

doesn’t hurt to check for parasites either

16 i turn 17 soon only thing i can thunk of is i have stomach issues since 6 months and i get that tested too but befor i had those problems i had no morningwood anyway
 
Might be stress then, I myself suffer from the same thing. Stress is the only factor I cannot eradicate. If I don't have a stressful day and get at least 8hrs of sleep. I'm fine the next morning.

And also, it could be that your rythm is just different, some people get wood a little earlier than they wake up, and as I know that's normal.

So you might be ok

But i tested my urine and blood befor surgeries and they said everything is alr
