Day 14 today, ngl slowly feeling better. Especially in terms of energy levels.

Remember the type of foods u eat can dictate how fast u progress on NoFap.

Starting in this thread late. Relapsed after 21 days after having no accoutability and straying off course from my goals.

When u ejaculate u lose a lot of minerals and vitamins, so it would only make sense to eat foods full of nutrients to recover faster.

Me personally I recover faster and feel better when I eat high protein/ high fat foods. Like beef, eggs and cheese etc... I also take multivitamin.

It could work different for other people. I’m just telling what I have personally experienced.

Nofap + Rich nutrition food = better absortion of nutriments
