That's right. I'm leaving a job that paid me over $82K/yr + full benefits. I took an extended leave of absence months ago, and will formally hand in my resignation in March.

Well, the thing is, of that 2.2 million, I only want to dip into about 1.1 million of it for living expenses. The rest is in the following assets:

Cryptocurrencies: I'm not cashing a dime of these because I expect big returns going forward.

Stock investments in my Roth IRA accounts: This money is tax-free, so it's too precious to start using it for living expenses. I want this money to continue to grow, tax-free.

Rental properties: Yes, I get rent from multiple tenants, but I reinvest this money into purchasing more rental properties, so this isn't money I can rely on.
