Ok I did a 13 day cycle of 250 mg DNP everyday with 30-60 mins of cardio, burning about 500-800 cal while eating around 1200 calories. I dropped 9 lbs the first three days but then I gained back 4 lbs and have stayed at that since then. My shit isn’t bunk cause I was feeling the side effects of increased heat and lethargy. I have been off for 5 days now. Has anyone experienced this? Is it water weight? I thought this shit was supposed to work and Ik for a fact I was in a pretty good deficit.

what is your maintenance calorie?
 
You went on a 1800-2100 daily caloric deficit. You lost 3 lbs per day in the first 3 days (3x above how much you should be losing). Then your hormones tanked and your metabolism is now fucked. Go figure nigga. You tried doing a 13-day cut jfl. You should know by now that if you don't do a slow cut you're gonna tank your fucking hormones and metabolism and you wont get the results that you want.

Yeah that’s not how science works retard. The first 3 days were glycogen not fat and your metabolism doesn’t crash or adapt in 13 days lmfao that’s the whole idea of aggressive cutting.
 
A lot of people say you gain water with DNP but I’m surprised you gained that much. When you get off you should shed the water. You should still be shedding a fuck ton of fat visually but just with extra water

Yeah I’ve only been off for about 4 days. Is that what happened with you or just have heard people say that? I know it suppresses your t3 so I’ve been eating less while just coming off

your not eating enough. bump up your calories to 300 below maintenance and continue cardio

Idk if OP is even taking roids to compensate for muscle loss but he prob looks ass after doing this and expecting DNP to be a miracle drug

Lmfao your the retard. So many people in this thread have no idea what there talking about. You don’t lose muscle in 14 days and my strength on my lifts went up which. Also even if I did I don’t give a fuck about like 1-3 lbs of muscle cause it’s insanely easy to gain back

You build tolerance to DNP after a while, you can try upping it to 400 mg and stay around that level. Dont listen to the retard above talking about "muh losing muscle!", DNP is protein sparing and only burns fat. The reason you mightve gone up by weight is because you might not have been drinking enough water, dnp is dehydrating and you wont even realize so itll bloat you. Up your water intake. Also DNP doesnt fuck with hormones, if the niggas above actually did biology theyd realize how stupid that sentiment is

Gotcha thanks for the advice on increasing it. That may be why I I started to notice less side effects because my body adapted. I also wasn’t taking it with t3. Yeah that guy has no idea what he’s talking about he’s just a complete retard who doesn’t understand basic biology
