Doing all this for a plethora of reasons. I'm past puberty meaning any height growth is unlikely yet I will fix my posture and discuss this with my spine telling him I NEED 2 more inches, if he doesn't agree ik Paley has my back. Very skinny as of rn (and all my life) due to adhd fucking with my hunger signaling + a fast metabolism, going to focus on lean muscle gain and @Clavicular ' s might start swimming again tbh. Lack of motivation stemming from anhedonia and a stimulant induced psychosis is also a big part of why I decided to change.
"MUH all this is cope faggot, I tried half of these things and saw no changes + lmao for risking your health" shut the fuck up retard, you sleep at 2 am every night, eat nothing but processed goyslop 3 times a week, you haven't seen the sun since covid dropped, you're autistic as shit with constant isolation and 0 human interaction, your iq is sub 100 and you cant even fathom empathy, you've never picked a weight up in your life, you hate reading and probably skipped all this due to your cooked attention span, your genes are atrocious to begin with, you sit inside mentally masturbating on this site for little to no progress, and finally you don't even believe in yourself enough to initiate any sort of change of course you're gonna project it onto others.
