Holy shit boys. Ever since I stopped shampooing my hair daily it has improved DRASTICALLY! I recommend all of you to only shampoo like once a week max.

I've recently like the past few weeks have only been shampooing 1 once a week and washing hair with water the rest and my hair legit looks and feels much better. I don't think it's healthy to shampoo that often imo

It makes sense. Shampoo strips your natural oil. I don’t why shampoos even exist tbh. You should only shampoo your hair if you have dirt in it or mud.

I did it for like a week or 2 and someone’s said my hair stank and I started developing dandruff. Hair did look good though.
