Eye-bags, tiredness, everything bad. Only good thing is that you get to time skip mid day by sleeping when the day is boring. You cant get sleep back, when you lose it you lose it, no matter how much you sleep after that doesnt matter. I have ruined my hormones and looks and am actively looks minimizing by doing this.

it's not just your hormone levels but also the effects of consistently depriving yourself of a full night of quality sleep which can significantly contribute to poor appearance as well tbh. lack of rest manifests in dark circles around eyes and overall duller complexion from decreased blood circulation - this is why most models/celebrities prioritize beauty sleep
