No social media and not going out for a week

Is literally the best thing that happened to me last week… I got away from my friend group and stop hang out with them so I spent most of the week at home and my phone charger is broken so i used my other phone without any social media on it besides youtube and I can tell you it is the best thing that happened to me im seriously thinking about going off the grid and just using youtube for most of the time it helped me clear my mind so much
