No surgery can ascend me from my understanding

So brutal after I'm softmaxed there is nothing more to be done due to several imperfect features and not one major flaw that can brutally ascend through one surgery

I would need 4 just to get to around htn and I'm mtn now, the surgeries would make such a minimal difference, this is also assuming none of them gets botched

4? Not too much dep on what ones they are id assume not too invasive. Some you can do as packages.

But Not just botch but also if its done perfectly but it doesnt fit your face / throws off your harmony.

Would be a Trimax (2 in 1) which would be a small amount of projection in the maxilla and chin which is quite invasive by itself. Mandibular angle ostomy and a fatgraft for the under eyes, assuming none got botched I would be htn.

I have even asked users and they've said I shouldn't get anything done even when admitting I'm average looking cause there is simply no surgery that would impact my looks significantly

They are tho, bimax for the maxilla, genio for chin, mandibular ostomy for the gonial angle. But they're not individual to the point of just jaw, nose, eyes, cheekbones for example
