Literally you can change so many features with plastic surgery but with eye area you can't change the shape, size, IPD, PFL color eyebrows etc etc

Average features + decent eye area > great features + shit eye area
If you were born with a bad eye area there is nothing you can do

Theoretically you can change ipd with obo, orbital shape to an extent with implants, contacts for colour, some lift or Botox stuff for eyebrows, but with that much work for the same area it would probably end up looking fake

exactly! nosejobs don't look uncanny, genioplasty, jaw surgery, otoplasty all of these don't always produce uncanny results.
Colored contacts mostly look face + orbital rim implants limited + eye shape, pfl limited surgery
