I see zero fucking changes on my face now that the swelling is down.

Stop fear mongering ffs, the surgeon requires them removed to make incisions in your jaw.

I have the feeling it does affect the face negatively, but if you're removing them for bimax then you're excused because you'll be actually be adding more bone.

i concur, i don't ever remember having breathing issues prior but now its not that bad but i definitely need to put a conscious effort sometimes to breathe through my nose as there is some resistance
