Legs only matter for women.

Legs have no role in sexual dimorphism for men. As long as they’re not sticks you’re good.

If you do too many squats it will make your hips appear wider. Why do you think women obsess over leg workouts? To get bigger hips. And it works.

But if you care about impressing gay bodybuilders then go right ahead and do squats 2x/week like they tell you

deadlifts are the best leg compound because they train your posterior chain and glutes without causing much quad hypertrophy, you don't want big legs but you still want strong legs because you will stall on other lifts if they're weak, ohp requires a distinctive 'glute squeeze' with proper bracing if you do it properly for example and if your ass and erectors are weak you can't do it.

Agreed I train legs 1x per week only rest all the time and efforts in getting as wide upper body as possible

1x a week is perfect, and even then u can kinda just fuck around when u train them if you’ve already hit them hard in the past/built your base.

5 to 15 minutes bicycling 3/4 times a week is enough
Legs are the fundation though.
Wholebody workouts are much more efficient than splits routine.
But never put your joints in jeopardy. You'll pay the price soon or later.

what about 10x10 squats with low weight just to boost T without causing quad hypertrophy ?
 
I am doing squats and RDLs mainly for legs however the lower part of the body is important even if many people might neglect it, especially if you have remote job due to weakening of those muscles
