for example, Nocturnalkent promotes "igf-1 signalling" phrasing it like an actual method where you can exploit insulin like growth factor, this is not true lmao igf1 signalling is a fancy way to say igf1, maybe he is jesus christ and can do a miracle where he rubs your face and activates the pi3k and mapk pathways but thats not really igf1 anymore is it lol, dont fall for anything this guy says


so how did he ascend?
simple: Roids, surgery and Fillers

after ascension, you can see clear growth, albeit disproportionately (which ill get to in a sec) very noticeable on his mandibular and zygoma section, which leads me to believe he either hardmaxxed and got surgery OR went the loox route and did a shit ton of roids, and the reason it looks slightly disproportionate is because the guy so obviously got fillers lmao
