sleeping 10 hours and still being tired asf made me realize that nofap is law .i dont really care about testosterone or morning woods ,i just need to feel refreshed after waking up .back when i was on nofap for a while i slept only 7-8 hours a day and it was ok ,now 10 hours still makes me feel tired all day. i hope that nofap will change my sleep quality
