I know there's a bunch of people on this site who either love or hate NoFap. I assure you: NoFap is definitely good for you. In fact, pissing out your nutrients in 5 minutes' time isn't good to do anyways.
The reason why so many people hate it is because the NoFap subreddit along with NoFapTubers are all cringe losers. They all have one thing in common: they can't get laid. I honestly agree. They are definitely losers. 93% of NoFappers are bluepilled idiots and 6% are redpilled. The remaining 1% are actually based blackpillers. However, the amount of energy and confidence etc. is all legit.
I started fapping late in life and never realized how weak I felt until months into doing it. It's honestly one of the worst things you can possibly do. The fact that it slowly reprograms your brain into feeling hornier is bad too. I find it upsetting that I used to go months without thinking about sex but after fapping it turned into an addiction.
I see a lot of people on this site saying it's cope and stuff, and to be honest, it definitely is useless when it comes to getting girls. I didn't fap until I was a high schooler and when I was still a preteen, girls thought I was ugly even though I didn't fap. On the flip side, I know a chad who fapped like 3-4 times a week in high school and still got tons of girls. This basically makes the female attration thing a complete joke. The other day on NoFap's subreddit I saw some Indian dude talking about how in India they banned fapping thousands of years ago with no proof and this basically gave them Chadpreet-tier superpowers.
It's stupid stuff like this which has made me finally quit Reddit.
TL;DR: Do NoFap but don't go near the NoFap community.
