This is a NoFap plan based on the weight training principle of progressive overload. Beginners often “overtrain” when they start NoFap, going straight from ejeculating 3 to 5 times a day to full-on NoFapping. This approach often leads to failure within a few days. Gradually reducing your masturbation frequency is a smart way to get into the NoFap game.
Begin by fapping your usual number of times a day.
Let’s say for example, you’re a coomer like me, and you fap 10 times a day.
On the second day, you can fap at most 9 times. On the third day, you can fap at most 8 times, and so on.
Once you get to the day when you fap only once, you start the real challenge, progressively increasing the difficulty by refraining from fapping for more and more days between the days when you’re allowed a single fap.
The day after your first 1 fap day, you can’t fap. The day after that, you can fap 1 time. Then you have to go 2 days not fapping until your next fap day, and then you have to not fap for 3 days, etc.
BUT THAT’S NOT ALL. Real progressive overload means you must build up the intensity as you get “stronger.”
After a few months of doing the NoFap master challenge, you need to start “lifting heavier weights.” One advanced exercise you can do is to try to watch porn without touching yourself.
Eventually, after several years of training, you wanna progress to the level of castrating yourself so you can never fap.
When you implement progressive overload into your NoFap routine, you’ll get better results.
