So I was on a streak for about 130 days, and I’m 16. After that I lost it and relapsed consistently for about a 3 month period, and now I’m restarting again. However, I saw how powerful nofap truly can be. I went from talking to no girls at all, to getting a girlfriend way out of my league, and having girls stare at me every time I walked into a room or anywhere I went. I believe this comes from a combination of confidence, pheromones, testosterone, kidney health, and sexual energy, which are all perceived by women with instinct. These are boosted about 75% or so when you are on a long enough streak and I believe they only get higher the longer you abstain from fapping. However, the main reason for being on nofap should not be women attraction, this should only be viewed as a bonus. The main idea of why they are so attracted to men on nofap in the first place, is because of what men are on nofap for. They are attracted to the self improvement they see in them, and the life changing differences they have made in their appearance and their demeanor. Remember, you start nofap to avoid the instant gratification of females, so don’t start it to reinforce that very poison.
