No, this is one of the most average phenotypes and coloring, but the darkest one can get is looking like a levantine semetic person, but still without the semetic features like shit orbitals or hooked nose. Noisy looks like 1% Albanians i see daily probably at most, but the most wierd looking Albanian is Rita Ora, never saw an Albanian women look like that in my life, very wierd pheno
