A few mm of bone will make a huge difference. I am not hugely recessed but am getting jaw surgery when I have more money. Mainly for the teeth halo and an extra few mm of bone. A few mm can make a huge difference.

I dont think lefort 1 and bimax is supposed to be that risky. Lefort 2+ proceedures are high risk but bimax and lefort 1 is a fairly normie tier surgery.
