It is apparent that many of you maintain awful habits with little consistency or discipline in your lives and are just here to whine, which is very much against the spirit of the site. A lot of us larp about massive pharmaceutical stacks and surgery but few have the courage and resources to follow through. So here I'm going to list out the bare minimum habits and practices you should maintain to ensure adequate physical and mental health and steady improvements with regard to looks. This is not some special, esoteric or advanced looks/mental maxxing guide, nor are any of the listed practices remotely difficult to consistently follow. A lot of this will be water but if there is a single point in this list that you are missing then you are quietly suffering as a result.

Physical
- Sleep 7-9 hrs per day as much as possible. Align sleep with your circadian rythm, maintain regular sleep/wake times. Aim for 5-15 minutes of sunlight in the morning for circadian regulation
- Minimise ultraprocessed foods in your diet, prioritise whole foods.
- Hit your macros and micros, aim for 1.6-2.2g protein/kg of body weight for optimal hypertrophy and function. Maintain a sufficient fibre intake: contrary to primalfag nonsense, fibre intake is proven to greatly reduce instances of colorectal cancer and heart disease, improves insulin sensitivity and improves gut health. Try to hit 30g+ a day if possible
- Keep a lean body composition, <20%bf minimum ideally <15%
- Hydrate properly- drink a minimum of 2L of water per day, ideally 3-5L. Replenish electrolytes after exercise
- Aim to walk 10000 steps a day. Replace parts of your commute with walking where possible, walk anywhere you can
- Work out at the gym (or a home gym) at LEAST 3 days a week. I recommend more (4-5) depending on your split but this is a sensible amount to ensure consistent gains and sufficient stimulus.
- Engage in some sort of cardio at least once a week. Could be running, swimming, HIIT, LISS, etc. This is often overlooked but has countless benefits.
- Stay off of hard drugs, minimise alcohol/weed/nicotine etc. Certain other chems like psychedelics, stims, AAS can be useful but exercise caution and moderation.
- Take care of your skin- use an appropriate cleanser and moisturiser for your skin type and any active ingredients if required. Use SPF consistently in summer especially in high-UV environments for skin protection and anti-aging.
- Reduce your screen time to under 6 hours. This is a minimum; realistically you should try to get it under 4, 2 even, but 6 is a good start considering most of you are probably at 10hrs+ right now.
- Quit porn entirely (it is designed to addict, demoralise and subvert you), keep masturbation minimal (1-2x a week is optimal, any less and you might get overly sexually frustrated or experience flatlines in libido)
- Maintain proper hygeine and grooming- brush your teeth and shower daily no matter what, keep your hair and nails clean and groomed, shave regularly or style facial hair properly, wear clean, properly fitting clothes.
- Try to spend time in nature daily. You could incorporate it into your commute (e.g divert your root through a forest), walk your dog (if you have one) or just make a habit of going for a walk somewhere green in the mornings to stop yourself going insane and lower cortisol.
- Meditate daily. Not for spiritual reasons (unless you're into that) but to regulate your nervous system and promote mindfullness. 10 mins is all it takes.
- Meaningful, regular real-world social connection. Get out of your room, meet up with friends irl regularly, do your very best to make friends and talk to women* (*if you aren't totally subhuman. Even if you're an LTN get used to speaking to them).
- Try to achieve one hard task per day: make a list of things you need to do at the start of each day, highlight the one with the highest priority and ensure that no matter how the day goes, you achieve that one task.
- Have goals and dreams, work towards achieving them. Time-bound your goals and examine your progress periodically. If you're lost in nihilism/apathy and have no dreams, do some soulsearching, go out into the world for inspiration, try psychedelics if you're still without insights.
- Maintain a clean and orderly environment- a messy room is a depression nest, and letting tasks like laundry and cleaning pile up will only make things harder for you when you eventually have to deal with it, and shows how undisciplined and sloppy you are
- Journal and schedule- write down your thoughts regularly, plan and structure your days as much as possible
