Chads can get what they want and are never punished for it. Thats why they are low-inhib, high test etc because if no one says they are wrong, why should they change?
However as a non-chad you have to act like a NT minded person like society expects of you. Thats the least you could do for not being a chad.
If you are weird, you can probably get away with it in school. However once you're in the workplace, there's no room for any variation allowed. If you do not "know your place" and act like a proper submissive normie/cuck, you will piss people off and your boss will def be pissed off. Wouldn't be surprised if you were let go after a short period for "performance issues" when in reality its simply coz the boss and colleagues hate you.
In the workplace, its ok to not actually do your job well so long as your colleagues and boss like you (or at least don't hate you). However if you manage to piss them off, it doesn't matter how well you do your job, you're fucked. When they like you, they can cover for even big fuck ups. When they don't, even a small typo will be recorded in your performance record.
It gets even worse the more ugly you are. The more ugly you are, the more "good behavior" you have to demonstrate to make up for it. Its a losing battle basically.
