Do you more so have trouble with: a) not knowing how to act NT, what to say, how to act etc ? or b) you know how to act, talk, talk about, but you find it so strenuous on yourself mentally due to how monotonous and fake it is, and so you struggle to act NT as a result of that ?


For me i'd say im mainly B but could also use some help with certain parts of A

Being latino and non NT is worse because everything around us is about being NT and extroverted. Parties = girls twerking and boys drunk/dancing. Friends = rare slangs only NT people understand how to use. I have to try hard to fit in, this is why I don't have a girlfriend (fucking brain).
