The guy who answered on quora also made his own mouth widener, but I would buy it tbh, it's a bit expensive but it's cheaper and safer than any surgery

The mouth and chin fck any harmony i could have so i will target them first
As for the hair i will most likely get a hair system until i am eligible for a HT

It's not about recession. I've got 7mm of advancement and my lip width hasn't changed at all.
While I could stretch my lips before surgery by simply pushing the tongue through the teeth and got obvious results.

It's more about how broad your intercanine width is.

I'm gonna ask my surgeon about this, since I was thinking the same as you and expected these changes, but didn't get them, jfl
