My fucking laptop is entirely fucked. I can't open the task manager from time to time and whenever I click on a tab in Chrome it fucking closes it for no fucking reason instead of returning to it. Next to that 99% of the shit I click on doesn't respond

Stale means that it's been kept for too long, since my pc has been kept for like 8 years I just added -over to the word
