sucks. Hair transplants largely look pretty sparse (even with apparent 'dense packing') but I plan to do it next year and hope to be one of the very lucky ones who actually gets a pleasing result.

If not, it'll have to be the hair system route. They look amazing but the consant anxiety about someone noticing the plastic/lace on the hairline or whatever is a bit of a killer!! lol. It's the only way, though. I legit hate the idea of wearing a wig, but a bald head on my weak boneless face and inability to grow facial hair would be LEGIT OVER, so needs must!

Just helps to maintain what you have left. (and more likely to get possible 'regrowth' in the crown area)

Looking at before/after pics most people tend to thicken their remaining hair on 5AR inhibitors. But if you mean growing back hair where it's already completely gone, no that almost never happens on 5ARs, you're right. Especially temples, which are notoriously the hardest areas to get regrowth in. But for most people, thickening is enough.
I'm personally determined to get back to nw0 just as a personal project of mine because the reaper pissed me off. We'll see how it goes.I'm currently in the research phase.

Norwood 2.5 (your temples are norwood 3 but the middle is still intact) is where the border begins, norwood 2 is a good adult hairline

"Mostly, just keep an eye on your DHT levels every year and if you notice any sign that you're starting to lose more hair than usual (despite no changes in diet, no disease, and no increase in stress) then you can go to a doctor to ask for finasteride. (I've seen people using even 1/4 of the pill and it was enough to stop their baldness, but it depends on the severity of each one's case) Other than that, I'd suggest you take caution scalp calcification (in case you live in an area that has hard-water, the calcium on the water when you take a shower, for example, could accumulate on the scalp and clog the skin. You can also consume coconut oil, as mentioned in the video a few articles suggest that it can help reduce the 5-alpha reductase (which is the enzyme responsible for converting the free testosterone into DHT) through its interaction with lauric and myristic acids. Other options: daily scalp massage to increase the blood flow, microneedling (I'd suggest investing on a dermapen instead of using dermaroller, specially because some dermarollers don't actually have needles but instead it has tiny blades that will most likely do more harm than good to your skin and eventually hair)"

To oppose calcification of the scalp upping your K2 intake will probably help more than hard water avoidance. I agree with this otherwise.

My hairline has been like that since I am 18-19 without taking anything (I am 23 now) so I hope my nw will stay like that until I am 30 or so
I thinking about lowering my hairline a bit + nw 1

But I don't know since right know I can cope pretty good since my hair is thick

I am in a similar situation right now. I try to maintain as much as possible with dutasteride, my plan is to get a hair transplant once sm04554 will become available (my hairline is naturally high anyway), it will look natural as long as you are like norwood 2 or 3 and you go to the top hairline specialist like erdogan
