First post after years of lurking so apologies if the quality isn't there, going to be discussing and asking for opinions on potential suggestions / improvements for this nootropic stack

Bromantane 18mg
L-Tyrosine 1000mg
ABT-089 HCI 4mg
Oxiracetam 1000mg
Citicoline 500mg
ACD-856 5mg
BPN14770 7.5mg
Omega-3 1000mg
Uridine 300mg
Creatine 5000mg
Magnesium Glycinate 300mg
Caffeine + L-Theanine 100mg (caffeine) + 200mg (l-theanine)


Effects of each compound
Increases the expression of enzymes that are involved in dopamine synthesis like Tyrosine and can increase dopamine production in the brain. This can have mild effects with stress resilience and is great for starting tasks and improving focus and productivity
L-Tyrosine acts as a dopamine precursor (Tyrosine -> L-DOPA -> Dopamine) primarily used to help strengthen the effects of bromantane
ABT-089 HCI is a partial agonist of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors which improves the signal to noise ratio in cortical networks which improves concentration and task switching with reduced distractibility
Strong for memory encoding and information processing by modulating AMPA glutamate receptors and increasing cholinergic signaling which can provide faster comprehension and improved analytical thinking (you learn faster)
Much of the stack increases acetylcholine use and citicoline replenishes it (ALPHA-GPC could also be used here but Citicoline also provides cytidine which helps with phospholipid protection (essential lipids that form the structure of brain cell membranes)
Neuroplasticity signaling by acting as a modulator of TrkB receptors which is the receptor for BDNF yielding faster learning and improved long term memory
Inhibits PDE4D, which increases cAMP levels and with higher cAMP it activates CRED which regulates genes involved in memory formation, BDNF production, and synaptic plasticity. This makes it crucial in stronger memory consolidation and improved recall and works well with ACD-856
Improves membrane fluidity, receptor signaling, and synaptic plasticity which makes it a great support for this stack and helps long term brain health
Supports synapse formation and phospholipid synthesis for better learning capacity and enhanced neural connectivity
Most people only think of this in terms of bodybuilding but it can also help use brain energy metabolism yielding stable ATP levels and efficient neural firing. Creatine can help to improve mental endurance and reduce cognitive fatigue
Regulates NMDA receptors preventing excessive glutamate activity. The main reason for adding this is to improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and help provide a more smoother stable cognition boost throughout taking this stack
The caffeine blocks adenosine receptors which increases alertness and dopamine signaling, while the L-Theanine increase GABA, alpha brain waves, and relaxation. Combining these too provides alertness without the jitteriness and can give much better focus

Depending on overall stimulation the Caffeine + L-Theanine should be taken only when needed and not likely every day. Just wanted to get the overall sentiment on this potential stack and what could possibly be modified.​

Acd is good bpn is very interesting and seems great but i have to do more resesrch to truly give an educated take
