Nootropics for IQ

In my previous thread most of the nootropics people recommended were just for either wakefulness or dopamine increasing(or whatever the fuck u call it)

I'm looking for actual cognitive Enhancements which in a way increase my IQ(Ik not increasing IQ but cognitive bs). I am well aware IQ is mostly genes


Now along side ts I'll be running these too(copying )

- omega 3's
- vitamin d3+k2
zinc-
L-theanine

(Thinking about high dose creatine too but not sure bcuz of bloating)

magnesium glycinate before sleep


Some optional benifits:

I can convince my mom to buy em

Not that expensive

i mean i can give u my stance on free will rn
i think every thought we have are results of our chemical and ancestral history, like the things we are inclined towards, what we favour, what we hate, are the results of refined instincts and inherited physiological dispositions we prob got from our parents and ancestors, To claim free will is to claim that a leaf can choose the direction of the wind, yes we have some degree of power we can impose on our inherited instincts and drives we inherited but we cant manifest instincts out of thin air

also apart of this argument is language itself, like language seperates the "doer" from the "deed"
like for example we say "I choose." In reality the choice is the person at that specific moment of physiological tension

I think everyone has a genetic cap but your brain is like a muscle, you need to exercise it.
Read books, study new subjects, do this daily. Learn new skills, get lots of sleep (good for brain health). Drink lots of water.

i mean what do u need help on?

like nootropics or increasing iq?

u cant increase iq through a substance

we alr discussed nootropics and that u can try armoda since u want to do something safe

if armoda isnt too stimulating for, which i think it will do fine u can move on to other stuff

Well addy mogs, rather beside it have mexidol and melatonin
