Nootropics with already fine memory?

Mainly cerebrolysin I'm asking about; if you already have a fine memory, do nootropics sort of cap that memory in that it would have the same effect in someone who has good memory as someone who has bad memory? I've been looking into nootropics mainly for focus like Semax or other copes (cant get my hands on adderall) but I've just been curious of the experiences of people that already learn well or have good memory with cognition-based nootropics rather than mainly focus nootropics that werent cope

This depends on whatever nootropic you plan on using, in the case of cerebrolysin yes people with better memories aka normal niggas will benefit less but its still an amazing noot, vorinostat and acd856 can act synergistically too

By synergistically, do you mean synergistically with cerebrolysin? I've been on the fence with cerebrolysin because of the slim chance you can get brain HIV from the pig brains they use. I've just been looking for a drug that's more geared for general use that'll still amplify my memory more than it would of a fucking drug addict, since I believe I have probably above average memory

It might be suited more towards damaged brains but despite that it mogs every other noot in this aspect to suicide
