I’m in my final year of school and I really gotta lock in. Whatever I do I just can’t concentrate or sit down and just study.

Can anyone high iq recommend some nootropics / other things to help? I also been getting mad brain fog recently but that’s probably because of the goyslop my parents feed me

dopamine detox first im sure you'll realize you dont actually need nootropics. get off ur phone, structure ur day around doing the thing you've been procrastinating about

Curcumin 500mg with alteast 4mg piperine, take twice a day. Omega 3 supplmeents, atleast 400mg EPA and 400mg DHA take twice a day. Bacopa monerri 300mg at least 50% barcosides, take twice a day. Creating 5g/day, 20g night before the exam. Caffiene/L-Theanine, 50mg:100mg ratio 30 mins before exam. If this doesn't help accept your future mcDonalds wagecuck life.
