bottom percentile skin quality, thick nose, long midface (u has a decent midface ratio because the IPD is wide, the midface itself is really long as is common in MENAs), and plain eye shape. Decent appeal because of ur borderline ideal hair and eyebrows, strong lower third, and great cheekbones but you don't have a harmonious face tbh.
