This is like the single biggest reason the world is such a giant fucking shithole.
It's why it's so hilariously easy for powerful people to bullshit them into whatever nonsense. Normes do not have the ability to self-reflect. They cannot imagine the possibility that other people have legitimate grievances or concerns. Literally, 90% of them are just adult children. They're no different from a toddler who starts screaming when something doesn't go their way because they lack the mental tools to contextualize their situation.
It actually makes me laugh at how big of a waste of time all these delusional political theories are; normies will not understand them because they don't care about anything but themselves. Or if they do care, they'll buy into some extremely strawmanny version that frames them as the main character (not true 99.9% of the time) while stripping away the original nuances.
You can notice this in literally every facet of a normie's life; can't be bothered to find the study but 90+% of overweight normies don't consider themselves overweight. Because doing that requires that you actually look at yourself in the mirror, and say something bad about yourself. Which these pieces of shits can't fucking do. My mind is blown by the number of literal subhumans (both male and female) who unironically believe that they look 'normal' and that they have no reason to change anything about themselves. And of course they don't understand when they fail to attract mates or get dumped/divorce raped jfl. Total lack of self-awareness.
Btw, all this bullshit about 'unrealistic effort' is mostly a normie cope. 80/20 rule is law even for things like hard work/effort. Most people don't give af about anything.
