Based on some tiktok
What I find confusing is the contradiction in how some people argue.
In the same discussion, they will dismiss ideas like blackpill ideology, then immediately label others as “losers” or “incels” who supposedly don’t want to work on themselves.
At the same time, they mock people for trying to improve their appearance through softmaxxing or hardmaxxing, while also claiming that “genes matter more than effort” and that self-improvement is pointless.
You can’t hold both positions at once. Either effort and self-improvement matter, or genetics are everything. Mixing both arguments only weakens the point and shows a lack of logical consistency.
I didn’t intend to offend anyone with this thread.
It just seemed a bit odd to me that someone could react this way without reason.
But of course, who am I to judge?
