OP is exaggerating but I knew so many normies in HS that were friendzoned orbiters for multiple diff women and would be on facetime with women almost every night and would brag to me about how "they got hoes" but then when you asked if they hit they'd ALWAYS say the same shit. Something along the lines of "Yea bro I was so close but she told me XYZ bullshit excuse, but next time ill get it bruh" and this would happen over and over and over and these dudes never got the hint
