Normies are typically tryhard jesters who need to be seen and heard as much as possible so when they meet someone who mogs them in all regards they want that mogger to be making as much investment socially as they are so that they feel the mogger cares about social approval just as much as they do.
While in reality, socializing just comes easy to a naturally extroverted mogger and he doesn't have to try while the normie tries his hardest to be as social as possible.

When normies encounter a mogger who isn't naturally extroverted and doesn't make any effort to socialize because he just doesn't give a fuck about the approval of normies, these try hard normies will often try to ostracize the mogger due to how threatened they feel by him.

The normie cant find any observable traits in common with him and when he sees the mogger is putting in zero effort compared to what he's putting in he doesn't think the mogger should be allowed to reap any social benefits from his lack of effort.
Meanwhile he copes that girls like the extroverted mogger because everyone likes extroverts who try hard and the normies chance with the girls is just around the corner
