If you arent going to use acutane and those derm products arent working (usually because they have more chemicals than a vegan burger), i would recommend Norse Oragnics
It wont get rid of your acne, nothing other than acutane will, but it does a really good job at calming down redness and inflamation
I use to have really red and irritated skin and after 2 weeks of using this I could see an improvement,
been using for like 5 months, buy lasts a long time if you use it right, and the moisturizer is really good for frauding tan skin
It uses plants instead of chemicals, you just gotta figure out what you body likes
