Why is it always Black, White, And indian (sometimes hispanic too) .

First off IQ isn't a good measurement of brain capacity, it's easy asf to larp and doesn't even mean that much. Second of all every country based studies on IQ are made by some Nazi Pseudo-scientist with no recognition.
