I was thinking jaw implants plus lip widening surgery. But my jaw is already kinda wide but not sharp as I want it to be.

Im currently cutting after a bulk to lose some facial fat. But my cheek bones are like non existent.

Yeah not a fan of my jaw. its wide but not angular. Which is why i want a jaw implant.

his chin is wide and tall, and he has decent jaw width and gonial, his main flaw is his ramus is too tall but his jaw is still decent

If anyone can direct to someone that knows a lot about jaw implants plus mylar implants let me know. I want to improve those areas

I actually have a slight overbite. Never wore my elastics when i got braces. Getting Invisalign to fix some shifting plus bite.
