i wish i had started finasteride at 22 id be nw 1.

keep in mind that minoxidil is only a stimulant. It's only worth using if you're on a 5a-reductase-inhibitor like Finasteride. Minoxidil on its own does nothing to stop the progress of hair follicle minituarisation.

If you really suffer from androgenetic alopecia, keep in mind that all other shit out there is cope (rosemary oil, scalp massages, LLLT, PRP) and instead of wasting time or money on that you should rather kiss your hair goodbye.

Get blood tests done, check for test, est, DHT, vit d and b, that would be the big ones. And then choose treatment based on the results.

PRP def. works, but its cost to efficacy ratio is shit. And results are also all over the place because there's 0 standardization. But it's 100% worth if you can get it relatively cheaply from a derm with experience in it imo.

so far there is only anecdotal "evidence" for PRP's efficacy for the treatment of AGA. Im happy it worked for you though.
