Is this Norwood or a bad hairline? Had an evil forehead since I was a kid but losing my hair at 16 is next level.

I’m 16 tho and if it goes further back considering how large my forehead already is I’ll have no choice but to rope. Had shit eating habits over the past few months tho so maybe that’s it? Maybe I’m just coping idk

It's likely balding bro

Do dermarolling and topical minoxidil for now, don't use something like finasteride or dutasteride until you're 18 and mostly mature, you need DHT for development. As soon as you hit 18 though get a prescription for it and oral minox if you can.

Also, eating bad can make your balding or hairline worse, yes, that's a possibility. But I'm inclined to believe that only made it worse, and wasn't the root cause.

blocking dht not worth it
if worst comes to worst just use topical RU58841 on the scalp as well as minoxidil they'll only block dht in the scalp
but whatever you do dont block dht systemically with things like dutasteride or finasteride
dont listen to absolute jesters on here who say otherwise

I genuinely can’t find a pic of my hairline past like 7 years old tho and obviously it’s going to be different from that point, if it looks like balding to you for sure tho then oh well, already using minoxidil
