I kind of was born with a Nw01-02 is there anything i can do aside from surgery that will make my hairline straight?

hairline lowering, but you risk it receding anyway.

v shaped hairlines are normal among north-west/north europeans, if you live in your country of origin it won't stand out, this is also why fringe hairstyles are popular in these countries.

Everyone is born with a NW1 (which means there is no hair loss), a NW0 isn't an actual thing in the norwood scale.
People around here like saying NW0 to refer to very low hairlines, like Zayn Malik.

That being said, if it has always been like that, that may very well be your natural hairline.

It’s probably the best description i can give but it’s like a very big widow’s peak

occurs elsewhere just not at the same rate, if you had it your entire life it's not a sign of balding.

the issue with lowering your hairline is that that the scar becomes visible if you start balding, and you're tapping into your donor area for it, which is limited, so if you have additional thinning/receding in the future you're possibly fucked.

it's not that uncommon for guys to have 1.5-2 from birth in my part of europe.

you'd still stand out for being north african.

but yeah, some ethnicities have really low hairlines, I imagine your hair is quite curly and you can't sweep it to the front?

if your family isn't prone to balding lowering is an option.

elab in ray peat forum?
raypeatforum.com, eating PolyUnsaturated FAts makes you sensitive to sunburn and many other things, 30% of it is just about pufa oils ray peat made a whole book on its problems too, avoiding pufa oils is a lifestyle, when you stop eating it you will literally never get sunburnt again, and many other health benefits, still wwar sunscreen tho, and taking antioxidants such as vitamim e and coconit oil counteract the affect of pufas a bit
