I am not talking about the societal penalty but the psychological damage from norwooding.
Framelets, Manlets and Facelets were generally always in the same predicament, they have adapted to their situation, it is their status quo.
Whereas with Norwooding you had hair, you know how it felt and how you looked with hair. For the first 20-30 years of life that was the norm for you, when you envisioned yourself it was with hair. But then when you start going to bald, you lose your own image. You are not the same person anymore, you suddenly look sickly, older and lose virility. Your friends start treating you differently, you are no longer a young person in the eyes of society.
This one of the reasoning why men cannot accept the fact that they go bald and the hairloss industry is a multi-million business.
It is the equivalent of being a PSL5+ and getting acid faced, going from rich to dirt poor, from 20/20 to blind, able bodied to a wheelchair etc.
Plenty of men rope because of hair loss or either get severely depressed while framelets/facelets generally just keep on coping and deal with it.
