Everyone would know. He's too high profile. Plus he's got a robust enough face that it doesn't matter a ton, a certain amount of norwooding can even look masculine on the right person.

I mean ht doesn't always have to be with a shave head at all if it's a good HT surgeon, he is rich af so he could just go to nw1 easily and stay of public for a month and then nobody would notice as it grows back

Everyone would notice if he got an nw0. People even noticed on Matthew McConaughey and he wasn't even super high profile before his transplant. People would be able to tell, his hair is pretty distinctive.
It's also possible he doesn't care too much tbh.
