As @KrissKross says my fapping habits are absolutely brutal and have been since I was a teenager. I fap at least 4 times a day, its honestly somewhere in the 4-12 range, my refractory period is super short and my sex drive is fucking stupid. Being on fin hasn't impacted my sex drive literally at all but I have noticed that fapping is less pleasurable now, so maybe this will finally allow me to kick the habit.
