When i was in my childhood i have a very small and good nose but im 16 now and my nasal cartilage has grown alot and the tip looks very round. it makes my lips look smaller. i also have a bit of bloating or idk swelling under my eyes and cheeks when i clench my nose it gets way smaller it looks like the bone is good but the part above it messes it up. same goes for the rest of my face. im at a very low bf my whole body is very lean but my face on the other hand looks the most different from my body. How do i fix this failo?
