I have it too, for me it's because of narrow palate plus some deviation in the septum. I am also recessed so o hope I will be able to solve this now with three piece lefort 1 during Bimax. If this don't work I will rope, I don't wanna live like a mouth breather anymore fuck this

Hi dude. I suffer from the same things. Well, the problem are your turbinates. They are getting swollen due to probably a deviated septum, allergies, toxic compounds, nervous system dysfunctional...

There is a spray called Afrin that will allow you to sleep. But it cannot be used more than three days because your turbinates will get used to it in order to decongest, so I suggest you find the root cause. My DM are open

typically people need a septoplasty to fix a deviated septum, but in some cases people actually do need rhino so maybe jfl

as others have said, deviated septum. it only happens when you lie down (due to more blood going to your nose tissues which then swells and starts blocking your nose). nasal sprays reduce swelling so you can breathe normally while lying down
