I think it shouldnt be that way you say. I use it on the sides ant the tip. My nostrils dont show up

but i have a ridiculously high nasolabial angle making the nostrils show combined with 20mm philtrum so i cant afford to make it more upturned so the philtrum doesn’t look longer.
Tldr i need a rhinoplasty with nose lenghtening and thinning

Well i cant say too much because our noses are wery different so its up to you. Personally im happy with my results.

No it doesnt look bad at all. It will look better than the big nose too rn. But youre young. It made you look more neotenous. Which is good in the future if the other features become more masculine.

Its not ugly or worse. Just made you look less masculine

I dont think it matter what brand, i just searched in google hydrocortisone and writed my local drug stores name and they had it. And no im not using tretinion.
