any tips on debloating a nose? my nose fluctautes a lot and is good on some days but a bit bloated on other days. just the nose, face is fine.

It has fat and (not a lot tho) but what probably more important is sebum glands. Their reduction is the main mechanism behind visible nose tip shrinking on isotretinoin (accutane).

hmmm i see, but it would make 000.5% difference as i seen weight loss videos and their nose has no significant change still remain the same.

I noticed that my nose tip fluctuates as well, and gets larger during acne breaks (I have it on body, mostly spine). So, enlarged sebum glands + pores. Accutane would surely help with that but side effects profile doesn't look favorable for me, as I had health issues already. There is a novel treatment which uses special solution in combination with blue light to selectively reduce sebum glands, but it's not widely available outside of US, I think.
